WTF Towing is a 24-hour towing and roadside company based in the Cary and Morrisville area. We run a Jerr-Dan wheel-lift wrecker and two Isuzu rollback carriers, we cover Cary, Morrisville, Apex, Holly Springs, RTP and RDU Airport, and we have more than 600 five-star Google reviews because our drivers show up fast and treat people right when they’re having a bad day.

What the job is
- Light-duty towing and roadside calls: breakdowns, accident scenes, jump starts, lockouts, tire changes, fuel delivery, winch-outs and motorcycle transport
- Running a wheel-lift wrecker or rollback carrier safely on surface streets and highways (US-1, I-40, NC-540, US-64)
- Hooking, loading and securing vehicles correctly every time — including EVs, AWD and lowered cars
- Keeping customers calm and informed; taking clear photos before and after every job
- Keeping your truck clean, fueled and inspected
- Shifts include nights, weekends and an on-call rotation — this is a 24/7 business
What we're looking for
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (regular Class C — no CDL required) with a clean driving record
- At least 21 years old (insurance requirement)
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review and drug screen
- Towing experience preferred — wheel-lift, rollback/flatbed or recovery — but we will train the right person
- Comfortable working roadside in all weather, lifting 50+ lbs, and kneeling, bending and climbing in and out of a truck all shift
- Smartphone for dispatch, navigation and job photos
- Calm, professional and patient with customers; clean, presentable appearance
- Reliable: you show up for your shifts and your on-call nights
