Two Isuzu NRR rollback carriers with 21-foot Jerr-Dan beds — the right truck for a vehicle that’s going to ride for hours: flat, secured, wheels off the pavement. For a second vehicle or a short local leg we also run a Ram 5500 wheel-lift wrecker.

What to have ready

The vehicle’s location and whether it’s in a garage, a lot or a driveway (we need room to load); the destination address and a contact there; the keys, or a note that there are none; and anything unusual about the vehicle — lowered, no brakes, doesn’t steer, oversized tires. The more we know, the smoother the pickup.
