Some basic information that is needed may include: the address/location of your vehicle, the destination address desired (if a tow is needed), the year/make/model/color of your vehicle, and a short description on what is wrong with the vehicle. Our dispatcher will also need your name and best contact phone number so our driver can call you if needed.

A: There is a small charge for a cancellation if the driver is at least half way to your location. If our driver arrives at the given location and you are no longer there, we call that a GOA (Gone on Arrival). There is a small GOA fee charged due to the use of fuel and driver time.

A: Yes, the price could go up or down depending on the information that you have given our dispatcher during your quote. For example, the price could go up with you stated that you need a winch out and you are about 10 off the road, but you are really about 100 feet off the road. Reason for price increase is for extra equipment and time that is needed for a safe and damage-free recovery. A different example, the price could go down and you would a partial refund if the destination changes to a closer location. One of the pain price factors is milage. The shortest distance we tow your vehicle, less the cost.

A: We not provide tires but we will more than happy to tow you to the nearest tire shop.

A: It is against the law to ride in your vehicle while it being towed, but we can accommodate up to 5 passengers in our trucks. Please just let our dispatcher know how many passengers will ride with our driver.

A: Yes and no. It is not information the is needed but it can be helpful if you are in a big parking lot like Target or Walmart. There may be many cars of the same Make/Model as yours, so knowing the plate could help us make sure we find the correct one faster.

A: We do not act as a taxi service but if your home is located near the destination, we do not mind making that extra stop but extra mileage charges may apply.

A: If the shop does not accept your vehicle when our driver arrives at the destination, we would contact you to get a new destination. If we can not get ahold of you, our driver would bring your vehicle back to the pick up location. We would continue to try to get ahold of you make you aware of the situation. Extra charges may apply due to more mileage if destination changes.
